To invite a new user, follow the steps below:

Invite an Individual

Step 1: Click the Team link from your left side navigation.

Step 2: Click the drop down under "Invite Users" and select "Invite."

Step 3: Enter the user's name and email address.

Step 4: Select the user type. Review the User Permissions and Roles. 

Step 5: Select a pre-existing team or add them to a team and afterwards, click "Save."

The user will receive an invite email to get started. 

Step 6: Begin Publishing and Assigning content to your new user(s). 

To invite more than one user at a time, use the Import function.
