Managers (and above) can Assign Trainings or Checklists or Documents to the users on their team. 

Track your team's progress on the Trainings or Checklists that you've Assigned in the past by following the steps below: 

Step 1:  Navigate to Teams. 

Step 2: Click the "Users" tab. 

Step 3: Select the box next to the user you want to view Assignments for. 

Step 4: Click "Assign."

All of the Assignments that have been given to the user will be toggled "on" in the Assign box. 

You can see that Brad Pitt was previously Assigned the Email Marketing Mastery Training with a Due Date of February 28, 2019.  

If a user has multiple Assignments, they will all be toggled on.

Note: This function works if you select only one user at a time.
